A proposed amendment to the Florida Constitution would allow the use of marijuana for medical purposes. The attorney general has petitioned this Court for an advisory opinion as to the validity of this proposed citizen initiative, including whether the ballot title and summary are clear and whether the amendment meets the single-subject requirement.
