Arguelles was convicted and sentenced to two 15-year sentences for trafficking in cocaine and conspiracy to traffic in cocaine. He argued that he was convicted based on improperly admitted hearsay evidence and that, in any event, the evidence against him was insufficient. The Fourth District Court disagreed and affirmed his convictions and sentences.
