The Judicial Qualifications Commission has charged Judge Holloway with ethical breaches involving using her office to obtain favors for her friends and family, as well as giving incomplete and misleading testimony in a deposition and in a subsequently executed errata sheet. It has recommended that she be publicly reprimanded, suspended without pay for 30 days, and required to pay costs of the proceedings against her.
