Taylor sued the school board for injuries allegedly occurring when he was working as a school bus attendant when a wheel-chair lift fell and injured his head and body. The trial court dismissed the claim based on its finding that Taylor's remedy was solely through worker's compensation. The Fifth District Court affirmed.
