A jury found Donny Crook guilty of first degree murder and recommended by a 7-to-5 vote that he be sentenced to death. The trial court sentenced Crook to death, but this Court remanded the case back to the trial court for reconsideration of some of the mitigating factors in the case. The trial court resentenced Crook to death. Crook now appeals his death sentence after the resentencing.
