Ms. Marsh filed a negligence action alleging she had sustained injuries arising from four separate automobile accidents. The trial court precluded admission of expert testimony that the automobile accidents caused fibromyalgia and myofascial pain syndrome, and entered summary judgment against Ms. Marsh. The 5th DCA affirmed and certified conflict with a decision of the 2nd DCA. Ms. Marsh seeks review in this Court.
