Mr. Jackson was convicted of the first-degree murder of Pallis Paulk, whose remains were found in a shallow grave in 2005. The jury voted 9-3 to recommend a death sentence and Mr. Jackson was condemned by the trial court. This is his direct appeal. He raises various issues.
