Liberty Counsel filed for injunctive relief regarding The Florida Bar Board of Governors' vote to allow the Bar's Family Law Section to file an amicus brief. That brief would be in an appeal from a court ruling striking as unconstitutional a state statute that bars homosexuals from adopting.
