Petitioner argues, (1) that the trial court should have held an evidentiary hearing on his postconviction claims; (2) that he received ineffective assistance of counsel at this trial, at sentencing, and on appeal; (3) that evidence was withheld from him and the court at this trial,; (4) and that the conduct of his trial and sentencing denied him due process of law in numerous ways.
