King Ocean agreed to ship goods belonging to Precision Cutting by sea from Costa Rica to Miami, and then by truck from Miami to Little Rock. On the land route, the goods were stolen. The trial court dismissed on the grounds the complaint was filed more than a year after the fact. The Third District Court reversed.
