In Nov. 1989, Palm Beach County acquired a mobile home park by eminent domain. Each lot owner previously had agreed by deed covenants to pay a monthly recreation fee for the use of Sandalfoot Cove Country Club facilities operated by Cove Club. Palm Beach stopped the monthly payments, and Cove Club sued. The trial court agreed that Palm Beach County had to pay the monthly fees, and the Fourth Dist. Court affirmed.
