Jennings was convicted and sentenced to death on each of three murder counts for the slaying of three employees at a Naples Cracker Barrel restaurant, Dorothy Siddle, Vickie Smith, and Jason Wiggins, on Nov. 15, 1995. This is his direct appeal.
