Polk County

Alcegaire was convicted of the first-degree murders of David Washington, Eneida Branch, and Angelica Castro, who were fatally shot in 2016. The jury unanimously voted to recommend a death sentence for each murder, and the trial court sentenced Alcegaire to death. This is his direct appeal.
