This Court, on its own motion, amended Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.510 (Summary Judgment). Effective May 1, 2021, the amended rule adopts the federal summary judgment standard. This Court invited comments from The Florida Bar’s Civil Procedure Rules Committee and other interested parties. The Court will discuss issues raised from comments received.
