The Appellate Court Rules Committee (Appellate Committee) filed a report proposing new Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.143 (Crime Victims). This Court invited comments from interested parties and received two comments in opposition. The Appellate Committee filed a response and revised the proposed rule considering the comments received.
