Various counties, tax collectors, and state attorneys seek relief from a judgment which validated bonds issued by the Florida PACE Funding Agency to provide money for the Property Assessed Clean Energy Act, funds used to finance property improvements for energy conservation, renewable energy, clean energy, and hurricane protection.
