Mr. Lambrix was convicted of the 1983 first-degree murders of Aleisha Bryant and Clarence Moore. Ms. Bryant was strangled and Mr. Moore was fatally beaten. The jury voted 10-2 and 8-4 to recommend death sentences and the trial court condemned Mr. Lambrix.
