Transcript:

Summary:

Clark was tried and convicted for aggravated battery by using his truck to strike a truck driven by another man. Neither was injured, though the victim's truck was damaged. On appeal, the First District Court affirmed on grounds that a motor vehicle can legally be an extension of a person's body. Thus, it ruled, the jury should decide whether an attack upon a truck was an aggravated battery on the person of its driver.
