Summary:

Hall entered into a plea agreement under which he was sentenced for theft and dealing in property taken in the same theft. His sentence was affirmed by the District Court. He now argues that dual convictions of this type are prohibited by law, and that the sentencing scheme under which he was sentenced, Florida's new Criminal Punishment Code, is unconstitutional.
