March 17: Mindfulness
Explore mindfulness activities and techniques that will help you stay cool, calm, and collected.
April 21: Gaining Independence on the Spectrum
Looking toward becoming more independent? Join us to learn more about the skills and techniques needed to build independence in school life, daily routine, work environment, and social activities. This Adulting 101 training is presented in partnership with our local CARD® organization and is welcome to all teens, but especially teens on the autism spectrum.
May 19: Self-Defense
Join us for an introduction to self-defense with the Tallahassee Police Department, and learn more about how self-defense begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and risk avoidance.
