Bee in My Garden Days at the Grove

Welcome wild bees into your garden with the help of WFSU and its partners.  Funded by a grant from PBS | Nature and hhmi | Tangled Bank Studios, we’re giving out wildflower seeds and other goodies to help you feed our Florida native bees and other pollinators.  All you need is one square foot or bare earth to get started!

Come to one of two in person Bee in My Garden Days (Sponsored by Prevent Child Abuse Florida) on February 5 and March 5 to pick up your Bee Garden Kits and get some tips on how to get your wildflowers to grow.  We’ll also have art and science activities, games, and hikes at our outdoor locations.

Kits will also be available at all Leon County Public Library Branches. WFSU is monitoring the spread of Covid 19 in Tallahassee, and there is a possibility that in person events may be changed to virtual events. Check this page for updates.
