Calls of the Wild – Frogs and Toads of Georgia

Have you ever wondered what animal makes that peep sound in your backyard or that bellow in the bushes near your pond?  Join Phil Spivey, Wildlife Biologist with the Wildlife Conservation Section of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources on an adventure to learn more about the sounds and behaviors of the frogs and toads that call Georgia home. Participants will need to dress appropriately for hiking and exploring Pebble Hill’s wetland habitats.

Event date: Saturday, June 19, 2021; 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Tickets are $20.00 per adult and $10.00 per child (ages 8-12; This program is not recommended for children under age 8.). Space is limited and advance registration is required by Friday, June 18, 2021. Visit to register.
