Now, what were two parks on private property in the Killearn Acres area have become Leon County\u2019s newest open-to-everyone green spaces.<\/p>\n<p>Both Pimlico and Man-O&#8217;-War parks are located in County Commissioner Brian Welch\u2019s district. He said it has long been his goal, along with that of his predecessor Bryan Desloge, to expand the county\u2019s park footprint in the Northeast sector.
