A funeral will be held Sunday for the Tallahassee mom and son killed in a crash on Veteran\u2019s Day.<\/p>\n

Angelique Witmer and her son Gavin were on Tennessee Street heading to the city\u2019s parade when a pickup truck crossed the median and hit their vehicle. Gavin was a drum major who was to perform in the parade with the Rickards High School band. His brother, also a band member, was seriously injured in the accident.<\/p>\n

The Witmer family says the funeral for mom and son is Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Bevis Funeral Home.<\/p>\n

The family has set up a Go Fund Me<\/a> for the Angelique and Gavin Witmer memorial Scholarship, which will benefit seniors in the Rickards High School Marching Band. <\/p>\n
