Library Director Pamela Moore said the goal behind the $3.5 million, 30,000 square foot upgrade is to invite more folks into the space. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;And what do we know about libraries?&#8221; she asked. &#8220;We know (they&#8217;re) a trusted place. People will come to the library to get assistance because they trust us.
