A happy merger of science and the arts is happening again at Florida State University

The fun connection between the arts and sciences will be celebrated throughout February in Tallahassee. That’s the goal of the Fourth Annual Creative Arts Festival hosted by Florida State University.

The festival’s director is Iain Quinn, FSU’s research fellow in the arts and humanities.

“The festival overall is geared very much toward the larger Tallahassee audience so that people can come and experience what it is that is taking place on campus and all of the events are free, there’s no admission charge, no reservations required. You can simply come and bring as many of your friends as you’d like.”

Especially if those friends happen to be kids as Quinn says many of the festival’s demonstrations and hands-on activities are very kid-friendly. Go to WFSU.org for a direct connection to the festival schedule.
