Striped Skunks |Tallahassee Museum's Mysterious Residents Posted: Thursday, December 13th, 2018 Striped skunks are nocturnal animals that sleep in dens during daylight hours. But they are omnivorous, and highly adaptable, so they live easily in places where humans have altered the landscape. So while we never see them, they are everywhere.
