Gov. Ron DeSantis is touting his accomplishments as “an American Leader,” in a tour promoting his new book.
Hundreds of enthusiasts lined up at a Tallahassee bookstore Thursday to meet the governor and receive an autographed copy of “The Courage to Be Free.” Tallahassee native Brad Davis was one of the people waiting to meet DeSantis.
“For me, this is history in the making,” said Davis. “It’s just really a cool opportunity to meet someone that could be president someday. It’s kind of intimidating to meet someone that famous or powerful. You know his hair is perfect and he’s all dressed up.”
DeSantis’s new book and tour come amid speculation that he is considering a 2024 presidential bid.
