Barnes led FSU’s men’s basketball team to the Atlantic Coast Championship and the NCAA Division I Basketball Tournament.

Barnes declared for the 2021 NBA Draft after the 2020-2021 season and was selected 4th overall by the Raptors.

Barnes’ new deal is expected to earn him $39 million annually. But by 2029-2030, he’ll be making well over $50 million with player incentives.

Barnes is entering his last year of his rookie deal, which is worth $10 million dollars.

In his three NBA seasons, the former Florida State star is averaging 16.6 points, 7.4 rebounds and 4.7 assists.
