This is a big year for LeMoyne as they celebrate their 50th anniversary and host their 14th Annual Chain of Parks Art Festival. Ann Kozeliski and Kelly Dozier talk about this year̢۪s festival that will take place on April 19th and 20th. The festival will be fun for all ages with one of a kind artwork for sale and art activities for children.
