A Change of Command at the St. Marks Lighthouse

2014 starts a new beginning for the St. Marks Lighthouse. The U.S. Coast Guard recently turned over command of the light to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. WFSU was there for the official transfer ceremony and looked an not only why the process took 8 years, but also what the change means to the future of the light.
