Pecans: Not Just for Pies!


“Local Routes” introduces a new segment – Fork in the Road. Charles Renaud will be traveling our Local Routes, looking for all kinds of stories relating to food, drink, eating and the good times and people that go with food. For his first story, Charles takes us to Brinson, Georgia to meet a family in the pecan business, who have found a new product taken from this quintessential Southern nut.
