The Adventures of Annabelle Lyn are: Holly Riley on fiddle, Elizabeth Fravel on bass, and Kathryn Belle Long on guitar. Each member is a songwriter, and a teacher as well. “Rest for a While” was written by Kathryn. The song is based on the true story her friend’s grandmother, who emigrated from Italy only to have her ship sink. She “rests for a while,” adrift and away from her family.
