Meet the Intern: Chloe Morrison

January 26, 2026

Hey everyone! I’m back! My name is Chloe Morrison and I am very excited to be returning to WFSU this Spring 2026 semester. I’m currently a second-semester senior studying Media Communication Studies at FSU. Before graduation, I wanted to return to the station to soak up as much knowledge and experience as possible.

At FSU, I am heavily involved in the School of Communication, where I serve as the Vice President of Social Media and manage the school’s accounts. This role has been an incredible experience, allowing me to create engaging content, collaborate with highly skilled teams, and build meaningful connections with faculty, staff, and alumni. The knowledge and hands-on experience I’ve gained will help us continue to elevate our WFSU social media presence and reach wider audiences. I’m especially looking forward to our upcoming Be My Neighbor Day event. Follow along for updates on our events and initiatives!

I also dabble in undergrad research and enjoy contributing in my free time, whether that be as the interviewer or the interviewee. I am currently researching the ways in which people communicate/have conversations about weight loss medications. I am very passionate about how people communicate. I hope to see my name published in the International Journal of Communication this year!

I am a proud member of Lambda Pi Eta, the official FSU Communications Honor Society, nationally recognized by the National Communication Association.

I’m fascinated by the evolving relationship between media and education. I’m grateful for the opportunity to explore this interest as an Education and Engagement Intern with WFSU Public Media, and cannot wait to learn more.

Being raised on PBS KIDS resources, I am glad to make my small contribution in continuing to serve viewers like you.

Learn more about me from my first introduction post, here.
