Join us from 10 am – 2 pm on April 11, 2015
at the Tallahassee Museum
Thank you for being a part of this special day! There will be giveaways, interactive activities, and live animal encounters for kids of all ages.
WFSU and the Tallahassee Museum encourage kids and families to get outdoors to learn and explore nature. This special event is made possible by a grant from PBS KIDS Explore the Outdoors Week featuring Dinosaur Train and Wild Kratts.
Activities will include interactive “stations” where kids and adults can learn about animal behaviors, as well as tips on gardening. The Discovery Center will feature digital games and a screening of Wild Kratts and Dinosaur Train. The main event will be live presentations with some of the Tallahassee Museum’s native creatures. These presentations will take place on the main stage at 10:30 am and 12 noon and Chapin Outdoor Classroom at 11:30 am and 1:30pm.
To find additional fun, activities, and ideas, tune in to Explore the Outdoors Week, April 20-24, featuring new episodes of Dinosaur Train and Wild Kratts. Also, visit our websites at wfsu.org/education and tallahasseemuseum.org.
While this is a Wild Kratts themed event, the Kratt brothers will not be in attendance.

This event will be recorded by WFSU-TV. Be advised that by attending this event you may apprear in televised recordings.
