Summary: Stand Back Up Inspired by real-life athletes Sharon and Shirley Firth, the first Gwich'in female Olympians, Molly trains hard to participate in a cross-country ski race where Sharon will be speaking. But cross-country skiing is not as easy as it looks, and when Molly faces some big obstacles, she must decide if she'll give up or stand back up. Seal Meal When Molly and her family go fly fishing in Bristol Bay, a hungry seal sneaks into their boat and eats their precious sockeye salmon and their lunch! Can Molly figure out a way to lure the seal away from their boat so they can get back home?
