Leon Brunson is a personal chef who is in the act of opening a restaurant. He promotes food literacy through his involvement with Second Harvest and Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. The culinary field’s demands can oftentimes prove detrimental to its practitioners. Brunson hopes to provide a healthy work environment that considers the needs of his employees.
