What inspires you from WFSU Public Media? Here's this week's Voices That Inspire. I'm Samantha Vance, entrepreneur, mentor and motivator, also CEO of Impact Core Group and Executive Director of Ladies Learning To Lead. Man, it's been 10 years since we started Ladies Learning To Lead. We have established not only as a nonprofit organization the second year, we have multiple programs, we've served over 3,000 young ladies throughout the state of Florida and Georgia, South Georgia. We've had a number of volunteers, women throughout the state, the nation, really mentoring. And it's just been amazing. The growth has been exponential and definitely nothing that I saw coming. Seeing the girls blossom, when I get calls or texts from them, they say, Miss Sam, I'm here and I'm there. And I'm in college and I have a career now. It's just amazing and they tell me the things that they remember from the program that helped them. I have a belief that great mentors have great mentors. And I have been blessed to have some of the greatest mentors. Speed Evans, he inspires me. Sabrina Samuels inspires me. Barbara Amblue, I could go on and on. My family and friends inspire me. And my girls, the girls that I'm in contact with, they really inspire me and they keep me on my toes. These are my three keys to staying motivated in isolation. Number one, become innovative in isolation. Number two, let music be your mate. And number three, make a list of goals and cross them off as you go. I'm Samantha Vance, entrepreneur mentor and hopefully have been a motivator for you today. You're listening to voices that inspire.
